The thickness of the Mylar film is 0.025mm, and the overlap rate reaches 52%. It increases the insulation voltage of the wire and also acts as a shield. In this way, the Mylar litz wire has good high frequency performance, high insulation strength and good heat resistance. The finished outer diameter of this taped ltiz wire is between 3.05mm and 3.18mm, and the breakdown voltage can reach 9400 volts. This wire can be used for high temperature, high voltage motor, transformer and instrument winding.
