Customer Meeting-A Big Welcome to Ruiyuan!

Over the 23 years of accumulated experiences in the magnet wire industry, Tianjin Ruiyuan has made a great professional development and has served and drew attention of many enterprises from small, medium-size to multinational corporations because of our fast response to customer’ s demands, top quality products, reasonable price and good after-sales service.

Earlier this week, one of our customer who has great interest in Tianjin Ruiyuan wire come a long way from the Republic of Korea to visit our site.

4 of Ruiyuan team members led by GM Mr. Blanc Yuan and COO Mr. Shan and 2 of representatives of our customer, VP Mr. Mao, and Manager Mr. Jeong joined in the meeting. For starters, mutual introduction was made by representative Mr. Mao and Ms. Li respectively as it’s the first time for us to meet in person. Ruiyuan team introduced a wide range of magnet wire products we are supplying to customers, and showed samples of our enamelled copper wire, litz wire, rectangular magnet wire to customer for better understanding of the products.

 

Also some significant projects we have been engaged in were shared during this meeting, such as our 0.028mm, 0.03mm FBT high volt enameled copper wire for Samsung Electro-Mechanics Tianjin, litz wire for TDK, and rectangular enamelled copper wire for BMW, and other projects. Through this meeting, samples of wire that the customer needs us to work on are received. Meanwhile, Mr. Mao talked about some projects of litz wire and coil windings of EV they are having Ruiyuan to be a part of. Ruiyuan team shows huge interest in the cooperation.

Most importantly, the offer we have made on the litz wire and rectangular enameled copper wire is satisfying and agreed by the customer and wish for further cooperation is expressed by both sides. Even though the demands quantity from the customer is not large at the beginning, we expressed our sincere willingness to support and hope for growing business together by offering a much reasonable minimum sale quantity and for customer to achieve their business goal. Mr. Mao also said that “we wish for having larger scale with Ruiyuan’ s support.”

The meeting ends up by showing Mr. Mao and Mr. Jeong around Ruiyuan, at the warehouse, office building, etc. Both sides have a better understanding for each other.
